Our Job-Ready Summer Program is a dynamic, hands-on experience designed to equip children and teens with the essential skills needed for success in college, the workplace, and beyond. Through interactive workshops, career exploration activities, mentorship opportunities, and real-world projects, participants will build confidence, develop leadership abilities, and gain practical knowledge about professional environments.

The program focuses on career readiness, financial literacy, communication skills, teamwork, and college preparedness. Students will learn how to create resumes, practice job interviews, explore different career paths, and understand the expectations of higher education and future employers.

By the end of the program, participants will leave with a toolkit of valuable skills, a stronger sense of direction, and the confidence to pursue their goals with purpose and preparation.
